Document Upload Process for Substitute Participants of the İŞKUR Youth Program for the 2025–2026 Academic Year
For the 2025–2026 academic year, a substitute list creation process has been initiated in order to admit new participants in place of students who, despite gaining priority participation rights through a notary draw, did not use this right for various reasons (failure to submit documents, SGK registration, high household income) or who joined the program and later withdrew. All students who applied to the program but did not gain priority in the notary draw are eligible to be included in the substitute list.
Throughout the 2025–2026 academic year, invitations to new participants will continue intermittently to replace those who leave the program. Until all students on the substitute list have been invited, the application system will not be reopened to create a new substitute list.

Participants who wish to be included in the substitute list must upload their application documents to the system via genclikprogrami.hitit.edu.tr (in PDF format with a maximum size of 5 MB) no later than November 24, 2025, at 17:00. Documents that are incomplete or incorrectly uploaded will not be evaluated under any circumstances. Please ensure that your documents are uploaded completely and in accordance with the specified examples.

For students residing in dormitories affiliated with the Credit and Dormitories Institution (KYK):
- Student Certificate (e-Government)
- Dormitory Accommodation Certificate and Residence/Other Address Document (Upload these two documents combined) (e-Government)
- Criminal Record Certificate (e-Government)
- Upload the Income Declaration Form empty/without filling it out (click to download)

Photocopy of Turkish ID Card

For other students:
Students residing in private or foundation dormitories and those staying as guest students in KYK dormitories must upload documents as “other students.”

Submission of Criteria Documents
Participants who meet the criteria to be applied in the selection process for the substitute list must, after uploading their application documents, submit the supporting documents related to these criteria in person to the Career and Alumni Office no later than November 24, 2025, at 17:00.
